Law Firm Partner Certification Program! We're very excited to launch this program to you all and utilize the Around the Table community to show off your Carta expertise. As part of the program, you will receive badges for the level of certification that you complete. These badges will be assigned to you here in the community, but also can be used on LinkedIn, email signatures, and wherever else you'd like!

Premier: Reported issues; Add/amend an equity plan; Draft/issue equity awards; Option exercises; Manage Warrants/Note blocks (1/2); Manage stakeholders (2/3) Prerequisite: Proficient Level
Expert: Account health checks; Modifying vesting schedules; Canceling options; Manage Warrants/Note blocks (2/2); ISO 100k dashboard, and more Prerequisite: Proficient and Premier Levels
