We don't require any certain format for your cap table during the onboarding process. Please send over the excel file that you have to your Implementation Manager and ensure that it includes all relevant information asked for. A good rule of thumb is to provide any information that you feel is pertinent, and your Implementation Manager can pull out the necessary relevant information. It is important to include all first names, last names, quantity of shares, etc. to ensure that we have a complete picture of your cap table.
