To cancel the outstanding options and stop the vesting emails, follow these steps:Navigate to Securities > Equity awards.
Check off the box(es) on the left side of the option grant(s) row. >Click Actions and select Cancel option grants.
Enter in the Cancellation date and select a Cancellation reason from the drop down. Adding notes about the cancellation is optional.
Click Next: review cancellation. Review the cancellation details and click Cancel options to confirm the cancellation. Although no notifications are sent due to the cancellation, the status will change and can be seen by the admin and holder, if they have accepted the security.
