We have 70% of our first financing closed (about $200k remaining) and we're looking for angel networks to tap to close the gap. Preferably former founders from the tech ecosystem, but if the angel network uses an SPV for rounding up investors we're fine with a variety of different investor types. We're building a new linkedin for the creator economy. I'm a former founder of the largest nano & micro influencer marketplace in north america, and our team are veterans from the tech and creator economy. Backgrounds of the team include: Google. Meta, Discord, Twitter, Cameo, TikTok, Vimeo and Spotify.
We're releasing our V1 beta with 20 top youtuber's in roughly 2-3 weeks, have 2600 content creators on our waitlist (growing about 25-30% MoM) and 400 creators in our discord community. Lots of market validation.
Would love some tips on raising from angels right now if anyone has any. It's a new world out there for fundraising in 2023, so we'll take all the help we can get 😊
