Hey everyone, 

We're a pre-revenue startup at the beginning of our fundraising efforts and we want to get a 409a valuation done early in order to maximize the price of the options for our team members. We're eventually going to upgrade to the Carta paid plan, but the carta-for-startups plan doesn't support the free 409a reports like the paid plan does. Does anyone know a low-cost 409a solution for a company like ours with no employees and under $300k raised to date? 

We've been quoted $4k by an independent service provider, and given our cap table has basically 1 person on it at this stage, I'd rather just pay for full carta and get the 409a done for free than pay someone $4k. LMK!
