Exciting news for the law firm onboarding process: Carta released the Drop Your Docs feature, which uses machine learning to auto-populate required onboarding fields using existing incorporation documents.
It is currently available to all Launch client onboardings via the law firm account and you can watch a quick demo here.
It is already a part of the Certification Program curriculum and you can check the full overview in the session recording we've offered on March 5th.
