Variable pay

Thanks for your help the other day! I do have a follow up question...

In terms of Variable Pay, our rep told us that for any variable pay it's a manual entry and it doesn't flow over from our UKG integration. My question is if it's possible to provide you with a report of everyone's variable comp to have uploaded, or if I really have to go person by person to enter their variable pay?

First, take a look at this support article that has recently been released about the Variable Compensation Programs (VCPs) which explains in more detail about this new total comp feature.

With this new feature, you will be able to:

Create Variable Programs: Ability to create Flat rate and Percentage of base VCPs.
- Flat rate: Variable compensation expressed in a specific dollar amount
- Percentage of base: Variable compensation expressed as a percentage of the employee’s base salary
Variable Program Assignment: Ability to assign one or many VCPs to an employee via the Employee Scorecard.
Employee’s Variable Comp: Automatically calculate an employee’s variable comp based on the parameters of their assigned VCPs.

And then bulk or individually assigned it to employees.

Currently, we do not support automatic integrations for this activity. Let me know if I may clarify any further questions in the meantime.
