Processing SAFE conversions without issuing emails

Hi there,

I'm processing my SAFE conversions but I'm collecting all the documentation external to Carta through my attorneys. I'd like to convert my SAFEs so Carta reflects an accurate cap table, but I do not want to dispatch emails to my investors for their signature as part of this process.

How can I do that?

Hey, Scott! Nathália from the Enablement team in Carta here!

My suggestion would be to perform the conversion of the SAFEs and leave the certificates with the company admin's signature pending in the system. The certificates will be accounted for in the cap table right after issuance.
