Montana Ware is a Senior Associate in Orrick’s Technology Companies Group, based in Austin, Texas. He represents emerging growth companies, venture capital funds, and strategic investors across a wide range of corporate matters, including venture funding rounds, governance, and mergers and acquisitions.
Montana has advised on financings for companies such as Stripe, Radiant Nuclear, Solugen, Supabase, and Next Insurance, and works closely with frontier technology and “dual use” companies in industries like defense, nuclear, and space. Before practicing law, Montana served in the U.S. Air Force, bringing a unique perspective to his work with founders building in mission-driven and technical sectors.
