Meet the Expert: Robyn Shutak

Robyn Shutak is a Partner at Infinite Equity, specializing in equity compensation consulting for private and multinational companies. With over 20 years of experience, she advises companies on equity plan design, implementation, employee communication strategies, and administration. Robyn is a Certified Equity Professional (CEP), NASPP Designated Fellow of Equity (NDEF), and Fellow of Global Equity (FGE). She is based in San Diego and co-author of the book, “If I’d Only Known That.” She is a frequent speaker on equity compensation topics and an active board member for the Certified Equity Professional Institute.
