I'm just starting the onboarding process and I'm clicking through the checklist. What documents am I required to gather and upload? And where can I find these documents? I'm hoping to get through this without paying a lawyer.

There are several different documents that you'll need to gather so that we have a complete picture of your company's ownership situation. Examples include your current cap table, stock purchase agreements, articles of incorporation, and SAFE notes.
