In order to proceed with this request, we kindly ask that you confirm the reason for canceling the exercise of ES-3866, which the company previously approved. Additionally, to the extent the security holder is entitled to a refund of the exercise price, please note that such transactions must be addressed directly between the company and shareholder and cannot be facilitated through the Carta platform. Please note that Carta Support will send email to stakeholder notifying their security will be deleted. The company will be on copy in case further clarifications are needed.
