Cap Table 101 is now LIVE in the Carta Classroom. This program offers on-demand courses designed to improve your understanding about everything from SAFEs and convertible notes, to series seed, your first valuation and more. I'd encourage you to take a look and take advantage of these incredible resources.

Have you taken any of the courses yet? We'd love to hear your feedback in the comments!

The course was basic, but a very good recap of the principals of managing the cap table, so I highly recommend it.
