Hi everyone!

I'm interested in hearing from those who have worked with crowdfunding equity investors or companies on the cap table. Specifically, StartEngine states that their name will appear on the cap table for all US investors, and they maintain records of investments in their own software.

Has anyone here dealt with StartEngine or other crowdfunding equity platforms? I'd love to hear about your experiences and any insights you can share.
