If your relationship in Carta falls under one of these categories, you should see updates reflected here. However, if your company has an active HR integration (for example, with systems like Gusto, BambooHR, Rippling, or others), you will not see updates in this section. That is because your HR system becomes the primary source of truth for employee information, meaning Carta pulls data directly from there instead of allowing manual updates.
