We are excited to share that we've been working on some new educational resources for Founders: Carta Customer Journey Guides.
These are meant to help you understand how to master your Carta account, what to do next after fundraising, or how you can use Carta to help with your next fundraising round. They are meant to give you an understanding of which actions to take, links to the necessary blog posts or support articles in Carta and hopefully will help you take full advantage of your Carta account. We've released three to start:
- The Basics: This guide explains key steps for setting up and managing a Carta account, covering topics like user permissions, transaction settings, HRIS integration, and cap table access.
- Fundraising Essentials: This page offers tools and insights for managing fundraising within Carta. It focuses on how Carta can help during each stage of the fundraising process through cap table accuracy, pro forma modeling tools, SAFE financings and deal closings, ensuring compliance throughout the process.
- Post-Fundraising: After fundraising, this guide helps you manage next steps with the issuance process, investor relations, and compliance starting with 409A valuations, all the way through post-close activities.
