    We're building a new educational series to help Carta users better understand the platform and get the most out of its features. To make sure we're covering the most important topics, we want to hear from you.

    What was the biggest challenge you faced when learning to use Carta, and how did you overcome it?

    Think back to when you first started using Carta:

    • Were there features that took time to figure out?
    • Were there specific tasks you struggled with?
    • What advice would you give to someone just starting out?

    one of the most difficult things is navigation within Carta -- especially with learning articles. So many times I would come across some good information on Carta as we were learning about raising funding and then when I wanted to share it with a co-founder, I could never find it again. Your search bar never seemed to work well either. 

    Sometimes I would have to google "carta and subject" to find what I was looking for.

    I also think it would be useful to have a dedicated account manager so that you could have a person to reach out to for help.

    This is great feedback! I appreciate you sharing, Kristen. 

    We recently rolled out a new knowledge base solution with improved search (much easier than our old system to find and share information). So if you haven't been to support.carta.com recently, I'd invite you to take a look!
