Who We Are: Edutech company Origins Curriculum Inc. is a global, tech-leveraged Delaware Corporation that has set out to address the astronomical issue of climate change through a novel approach: by going back to the beginning. We provide year-round B2B and B2C SaaS digital nature-based curriculum for schools, classroom educators and homeschool families of kids ages pre-k through high school.
Our Why: We can invest billions into AI and tech, and launch missions to Mars, but our only chance of having grandchildren that live long enough to have their own is if we create broad changes to the systems that support both environmental AND economic sustainability, which will require having an entire generation of people who understand humanity's place in a healthy global eco-system, and who have the understanding, drive and skills to make systemic change. And our current education system is the antithesis to this. Why early education? It's where our default modes are set. And when the climate is reaching the tipping point, it will be the generation of kids that are being born now and those that are currently in grade-school, middle school and high school who will be running the world!
Our Solution: This is why I created Origins Curriculum. We are the world's first Conscious Curriculum brand, combining high level academics with eco-literacy and mindfulness, and we are giving educators the tools and the platform they need to transform themselves, their students and the world through a desperately needed paradigm shift to education. Origins Curriculum is an award-winning and comprehensive approach to education that guides and grows a child's connection to their emotional, social, and environmental consciousness. Kids will develop critical-thinking skills toward solving real-world problems, while gaining confidence in their identity, meaning, and purpose.
Our History: We completed an initial beta test year and then publicly launched at the beginning of this 21/22 school year providing research-based, nature-inspired, eco-conscious curriculum and resources for schools, classroom educators and homeschool families that is easy for educators to deploy and transformational for students.
Our Success: In less than a year, with nearly no ad budget, we already have hundreds of subscribers in 4 countries and counting while maintaining a CAC of less than $100. We are seeking seed round equity funding, terms negotiable. Origins will use this funding to accelerate customer growth through marketing and onboarding more development and support staff to achieve our 3 year post-funding projection of 17,000+ monthly subscribers and over 12M revenue.
