Thanks to everyone who joined today's Learning Lab!

During the session @Brianne Villamor walked through the key setup steps to complete before issuing equity in Carta, including users and permissions, board members and signatories, share classes, and equity plan amendments.

We also covered how to use document sets and vesting schedule templates to streamline option grants, then demoed the end-to-end workflow for drafting grants, generating a board consent, and sending awards. We wrapped with a quick look at converting SAFEs and convertible notes inside Manage Equity.
