It depends on what your purpose for the data room is, but many people will use them for due diligence for potential investors - they set up a folder called 'Due Diligence' and then within that folder you can add more folders, or individual files, as in forecasts for the business, financial reports, pitch deck, patents, and anything else that investors would want to see. Carta has the functionality for the individuals to watermark PDFs and also for their data room users to sign an NDA before getting access.
