    Hello Carta Community! I'm Stephanie, a product manager here at Carta. I wanted to let you all know about a new page we recently released: Compliance and Tax Hub and open up a Q&A for you here in Carta Community to answer any questions you may have about this new feature.

    We know that startups are juggling a lot, and understand how managing compliance and regulatory requirements can fall to the wayside. The new Compliance and Tax Hub will let you quickly review the status of the compliance and tax tasks that can be completed on Carta – all in one central location. 

    Each task will live in a tile: 409A Valuations, QSBS, ISO 100K, Form 3921, Financial Reporting, Beneficial Ownership Information Reporting, and more. These tiles automatically update to reflect the current status or job to be done for your company. Additionally, you can find the name of the user assigned to these various tasks on your Carta account. Should you need to update any of these assignments, you can do so by clicking on the contact name to be directed to your company profile where you can make any necessary updates.

    With this new release, we hope that users can navigate these requirements with confidence, as quickly as possible so you can get back to the job of operating your company.
