  • 1.  Company didn't survive: How do I get tax form from Carta for capital loss?

    I bought shares of a company that unfortunately didn't survive.   On Carta the shares still show as holding a small value but I would assume the market value is essentially zero.    Is there a way I can get a tax document from Carta showing this as a capital loss?

    Hi William! Please give our support team a call at 1-855-921-2859 and they can take a look at your account to see if the dissolution has been processed in Carta. They can then give next steps on how to obtain your tax forms.
