Carta Onboarding

Hello!

Thanks for taking the time to look at my question. 

I'm over the equity plan administration at my company and we recently signed up with Carta and are working through the onboarding process. My question is: once we are done with the onboarding steps, does Carta administer our cap table for us? Do we give you the changes in shareholders, or is it self-administered?

Once you finish onboarding with Carta, you'll have full access and control to manage your cap table as needed. For compliance purposes, Carta staff will not take direct action on your account, but you'll have access to our Carta Community, knowledge base, and Carta Support if you need any help along the way!
