Hello! I have the following problem: we have a Convertible Note paid on April 4, 2021, with interest, but the approval was on July 22, 2021. How do we incorporate this information in Carta? Because we need to calculate the interest from the effective payment date.

You can update the Interest Start Date on the platform on our Modify Convertible workflow. To do that you should navigate to Securities > Convertibles > Search for the Convertible > Click on the three vertical dots on the right side > Modify Convertible Note. On the Terms section, you will input the new Interest Start Date and save.
