Hello! Thanks for reaching out. In this case we will need to cancel the pending exercise and the holder will need to enter a new one. The amount that was transferred by the stakeholder for the initial exercise currently sits as a balance on the holders account, they could use this amount to fund the new request.

An employee exercised 54 options last week. I mistakenly added tax withholdings to the exercise when I should not have as there was no exercise gain. Can you please tell me how I can adjust the taxes back to zero? I tried following the directions from the support portal, but I can not make any modifications while the exercise is in "waiting for funds" status.
