Be cautious with the 'Effective date' because that's the date that the acceleration will show up on reports (I've accidentally entered a day two months later, and I wondered why the reports as-of the acceleration date weren't showing it...). 😅
Also check with your equity administrator or legal counsel to make sure that the 'Vesting acceleration date' is correct according to the separation agreement or board approval - most often I've seen the acceleration date be the same date as the termination date, but it should be double checked to be sure.
