Sign Option Grants and Equity Awards Right From the Carta App

Admins and signatories can now review and sign option grants, RSUs, SARs, UARs, and CBUs directly from the Carta mobile app -- no need to switch to a web browser to complete these tasks.

• Sign individual grants or select multiple and sign them all at once with bulk signing

• Review full grant details before signing, including approvals, vesting schedule, quantities, and price

• View attached documents and agreements directly from the signing screen

• Receive push notifications when grants are waiting for your signature, with direct links to the signing screen

This applies to company admins and authorized signatories who approve equity awards for their team. The update is rolling out now and will reach all users by September 10.
