Send documents directly to stakeholders, now available for all company types

Carta's document delivery tool is now open to all issuing corporations, and it now supports any document type, not just Schedule K-1s.

• Any company on Carta, including C corps and other non-pass-through entities, can now deliver documents directly to stakeholder portfolios

• A new "Other" document category lets you send annual reports, investor updates, or any other file through the same tool

• Documents are matched to the right stakeholders based on the filename

• Recipients find delivered documents in their Portfolio Documents, Fund Documents, or on the per-investment company's Documents tab

• The delivery email links each recipient directly to the right location

Schedule K-1 distribution remains available for pass-through entities (such as limited liability companies, limited partnerships, and partnerships). The new "Other" document type is open to all issuing corporation types.
