See the Full Picture: Indirect Ownership Now in the Entity Map

Managing a business with multiple entities just got clearer. You can now view both direct and indirect ownership for any entity in your structure, all from the Entity Map in Carta Web.

• Click on any entity to open a panel showing who owns it directly (Direct Stakeholders) and who has ownership flowing through another entity (Indirect Stakeholders)

• Hover over indirect owners to see exactly how each ownership percentage is calculated

• Click through any indirect relationship to see a full look-through breakdown

• Navigate directly to any stakeholder's page within that entity, right from the panel

This is available for companies using multi-entity structures where individual entities are linked as stakeholders under the main entity. If that connection is not yet set up, you will need to link entities first to unlock the indirect view.
