See how your cap table got to where it is today

Cap table reports can now include a Transactions Ledger sheet. It lists the transactions behind your current numbers for certificates, restricted stock awards and profits interests held outside an equity pool.

• Add the Transactions Ledger sheet when you download a cap table report

• Review how each holding reached its current state, which helps when you prepare for a tender offer or an IPO

• Share class outstanding figures are now calculated from the same underlying ledger, so the numbers line up

This is available now for a group of companies, with more being added over time. You need detailed cap table access to include the sheet.
