Preview documents before you send them for signature

You can now see every document before sending drafts out for signature making building fillable templates is easier and more flexible.

• A new Preview documents button on the draft review page shows each document set going out, with the PDF alongside. Grants that share the same documents are grouped, so 50 grants on one set show the files once

• Set up fillable fields without leaving the issuance spreadsheet: Documents, then Add new or edit custom, then Template takes you straight to suggested fields and the document editor

• Choose how the issuance date prints: Jan 15, 2026, 01/15/2026, 15/01/2026, or just 2026 for documents that only need the tax year

• A Company Signatory Title field is now available on every document set, including EMI option agreements, and fills in from the signatory title in your company settings

• Fillable templates for share certificates and convertible notes are now on for all companies

Existing documents do not change, and templates without a date format keep printing Jan 15, 2026. Preview documents only appears when at least one draft has a document attached. This applies to all companies.
