Phantom equity now shows up in your cap table summary export

The Summary Cap Table tab of Carta's Excel export now includes a Phantom Equity section, so you can see all of your equity programs in one download.

What's included in the new section:

• Total issued and outstanding quantities for phantom equity (cash bonus units)

• If draft securities are enabled, totals including drafts are shown as well

• Phantom equity values are clearly separated from fully diluted share counts and ownership percentages, since they're non-dilutive by design

This is especially useful for companies managing phantom equity alongside other equity programs. Everything now reconciles in a single report without needing to cross-reference separate sources.

This update is available to all companies that have phantom equity on their cap table.
