LLC Members Can Now See the Estimated Value of Their Equity

Carta now displays an estimated value for Membership Units, bringing the same equity transparency that other security holders enjoy to members of LLC-structured companies.

• Company admins can turn on Estimated Value for Membership Units from Company Settings

• Once enabled, eligible members see their estimated equity value on the Holdings tab in their Carta portfolio

• Admins control which values are used in the calculation

This feature is opt-in and must be activated by a company admin before members can see it.
