Collect Custom Information from Signers Inside Your Document Templates

Document templates in Carta just got more flexible. Admins can now add custom fill-in fields directly to templates in a Document Set, so holders can provide specific information at the time they sign -- no separate forms or manual follow-up needed.

• Add freeform text fields, checkboxes, and single-select questions to any document template

• Holders see the fields and fill them in before completing their signature

• Mark fields as required or optional depending on what you need

• Signer responses are saved directly into the final signed document
