Admin Certificate Signing: Now on Carta Mobile

Signing certificates no longer means waiting until you're back at your desk.

Company officers and admins can now review and sign certificates directly from the Carta mobile app. Once a certificate is signed, it's released to the stakeholder for acceptance with the same flow you know from web, now in your pocket.

Why it matters

Certificates are the most common thing our customers sign on Carta. Until now, that work was tied to the web app. Bringing it to mobile means admins can keep equity moving without being tethered to a desk — review, sign, and release in a few taps.
