Learning Lab recap: Corporate Governance (Nov 5)
Thank you to everyone who joined today's Corporate Governance Learning Lab with Brianne Villamor, Customer Program Manager! The recording is embedded below, and the slide deck is attached.
Recap highlights:
Company settings: How to add board members as a Director or an Observer, and why keeping signatories current matters for security certificates.
Cap table access levels: What Restricted, Basic, Advanced, and Full Detail access mean for stakeholders viewing and exporting data from their portfolios.
Board management: Creating board meetings, using the board repository, and how signed consents are stored automatically in your documents section.
Consent templates: Editing templates in Manage Templates, uploading your own custom consents, and embedding reports like a 409A valuation directly into a consent.
409A valuations: Using the request form (you can save a partial request and finish later), the QuickBooks integration, and generating a board consent straight from the valuation report. Requests typically take 5 to 14 business days.
Form 3921: Only required for ISO option exercises, Copy B is due to employees by February 1, and electronic filing is moving to the new IRIS TCC system after November 19.
