How long does it take to get quarterly financial statements?

We just closed Q2 and I want to set expectations with our LPs about when they'll receive their quarterly financial package. What's the typical turnaround from quarter-end? And is there anything we can do on our end to speed things up, like making sure all transactions are reconciled by a certain date?
