Total Rewards Benchmarking

Hello! I’m a Head of People at Counterpart, an 80-person specialty insuretech. I’m looking for some resources to help with market benchmarking on our Total Rewards. We’re looking to evaluate competitive benchmarking for all rewards as % of total compensation. Trying to address the below questions:

What % of comp is benefits at other companies versus Counterpart?

What % of comp is equity at other companies versus Counterpart?

What is the optimal mixture (as a %) of total rewards (base/bonus/equity/benefits)

Would love any thoughts/resources you’ve used or trust! We do have Carta total compensation but there’s limitations with that.
