What happens to my 409A if it's still in draft or hasn't been accepted in Pulley?

A Pulley 409A that hasn't been accepted by the time you migrate to Carta won't carry over to Carta.

You have two options after migration:

1. Request a new 409A through Carta. Our in-house 409A team can do this any time in-app.

2. Add your existing 409A as a non-Carta FMV, if you have a finalized report you want to use. How to add a non-Carta FMV
