I don't have all of my shareholders' contact information. Is that a problem?

Carta is a registered transfer agent, which means we are legally required to have a valid, working email address on file for every investor and stakeholder. If your Pulley cap table has gaps, like placeholder emails, missing addresses, or duplicates, these will need to be resolved as part of your onboarding to Carta. Our team will identify any gaps ahead of your transition and work with you to collect the missing information. This is a required step and cannot be deferred indefinitely, but we'll support you through it. In the interim, a physical mailing address can serve as a placeholder.
