When and how are you using Carta's Data Rooms? What are you including?

We're getting closer to fundraising and we set up our first data room. I'd love to hear from others on a few points:

• What types of documents did you include in yours?

• Are there any templates or checklists you followed to organize things?

• How have your potential investors reacted to being contacted about the data room?

Would really appreciate any advice, especially from founders who've gone through this recently. Thanks in advance!
