Shares Issued against SAFE and CNs

Hye All, 

Recently, we have added some investors in the company more specificly SAFE and CNs. But we are facing an issue regarding Outstanding shares to issue from existing Share pool. Can anyone guide us to the section from where we can add the shares issued to them manually.
