Share restrictions post-SAFE conversion

Hi All,

Thank you in advance for your insight. Are SAFE investors able to sell their shares after it converts to equity or are there any timing restrictions, requirements to hold, etc.?

I haven't been able to find the answer to this question and would be grateful for your insight.
