Share Offerings

We are just getting started in Carta and we are wondering if anyone has experience/solutions for issuing share offerings through Carta. Specifically, has anyone issued share purchase agreements/subscription agreements in Carta? If so, do you have any solutions for issuing them for different countries? What about accredited vs. non-accredited? How do you handle 83bs in the system? We would be interested in talking with anyone who has figured out solutions to these scenarios. Thanks!
