Seed Round Funding Investors

Hello everyone,

Very new to the world of corporate finance and fundraising. I understand so far that Carta seems to be a suite of helpful tools to help raise capital for your company. I just wasn’t sure if Carta actually also helps raise funds for you sort of like a placement agency or a capital raising advisor. Do we have to search for investors on our own? If so is there are a way to reach out to them through Carta?
