Our law firm has full access to our Carta account but still can't upload board consent documents

We added our outside counsel through the law firm dashboard and gave them full access. They can see most things. But when they try to add documents under Manage Board, the option isn't there.

We checked their permissions. Everything looks right on our end.

Has anyone figured out why a full access law firm user can't interact with the Board documents section? Is there a separate step we're missing?
