Our grant details and the audit history are showing different post-termination values. Which one does Carta actually use?

We have a terminated employee and the grant detail page shows one PTEP, but when we pull up the audit history it shows something different. We don't know which one is actually controlling how long this person has to exercise. Has anyone run into this?
