Net exercise tool showing 0 options available on a grant that's still outstanding

Holder has an outstanding option grant. Nothing has been cancelled or expired. But when we go to use the net exercise tool, it says "Up to 0 options can be exercised."

The grant is an early exercise award. Not sure if that's related but it's the one thing that stands out.

Has anyone seen this?
