missing shareholder's letter

Greetings,

I received notification of a new quarterly shareholders letter but when I visit the Carta site there are no messages/ reports to be found. I was told by someone within the company that Carta has made some changes to the system and there are specific steps required to find these messages/ reports.. Can you help me to navigate this site? I've looked through it myself and could not find anything.
