Expense Accounting Reporting

I need some help regarding the expense and disclosure accounting reporting.  Previously the Compliance dropdown menu had the options highlighted in green below:

I do not see those options anymore.  So are they permanently removed or can they be put back?  If they are permanently removed, can you guide me on how to run the SBC and disclosure reports from the Financial Reporting option?  Currently, there are reports there, but I am not able to input a start date.  So if I need to run a report for the period of 12/31/20 to 12/31/21, I cannot run such a report.

Can you please help?
